UK Royal Mail 1st Class 〰︎ 4.95 ⇨ Delivery is 1-2 workings days from the date of dispatch.
Local pickup 〰︎ FREE ⇨ Collect in 2-4 days.
Delivery is FREE for UK orders over £100
REST OF THE WORLD
Europe 〰︎ DPD Tracked service £14.99 ⇨ 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Rest of the world 〰︎ Royal Mail International tracked & signed £19.99 ⇨ 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.
*All orders placed outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the country of destination. These charges are not included in the total price of the order from Alfie and Me and the payment of these are the customers responsibility.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Before shipping an item back to us, you must request authorisation from us via the above email within 14 days or receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please insure you quote your order number in your returns email and use the subject title "RETURN REQUEST" so we can process this quickly for you.
To be eligible for a return the product must be returned in a saleable and unused condition, with the original tags and packaging intact. You have a duty of care and if we receive an item that is damaged or worn in any way, then we cannot process a full refund.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.

Alfie and Me do not take any responsibility for any returns postage and any loss or damage to the product(s). We advise you to return your items via an insured or tracked method of delivery which requires a signature to ensure it reaches us safely. Please note: we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returns parcels. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we aim to process the refund within 48 hours and refunds to be with you within 10 business days.
Any refunds will not include the original postage and packing costs. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
